Write you...

I'm not gonna write you a love song
'Cause you asked for it
'Cause you "need one"

Why not? I mean, what's so wrong with doing things for people when they ask us to? I mean, isn't that what serving God is all about? Doing things for people because they'll feel great if we do? Yet people are so insistent on going against everything everyone asks them to do.

well Saralisa i don't think that song is about not doing something for someone who wants it. I see it as she's not just gonna write him a love song cause hge wants one because it won't mean anything if u do it for someome who asks for it. It's like people asking for photo comments on myspace or asking someone to tell you they love you, it wont mean anything cause u had to ask for it, where as if its from ur hearts and out of no where its ten times more romantic....

Things that rhyme with "Write you a song":

Bite you too long.

Might use a tong.

Light up a bong.

I'll tag along.

Yeah, you can't just write someone a love song on demand. I mean that's kind of the whole point. Scottie's manager probably asked her to write a love song and he's probably Age, and therefore ugly, and it's impossible to have nice thoughts when your ugly manager tells you to write a love song... obviously.
